 I haven't been able to bring myself to watch it but if you feel braver than me... here ya go.

I just subjected myself to a short and typically insufferable video Paolini has published on Twit, complete with #sneakyauthorissneaky and a big smug smile. 

Guess what, he hasn't done anything sneaky. Instead, the short version is that as usual in writing the stuff to go in The Book Of Remembrance he couldn't restrain himself and ended up with a bunch of extra material including elf, dwarf, Urgal and werecat POVs (oh goodie). So instead of writing new material for the next book of "Tales" he's going to repackage all that and publish it as Volume 2 with some "framing material" via his usual publisher.

So yeah. Gonna be a lot easier to get our hands on it, but he's also keeping to his new pattern of republishing the same crap in a different wrapper, complete with an hilarious aside about how the commercially published version will take about a year to come out because oh, publishing moves slowly. Even though the last volume was put out the same year he submitted the damn thing, in "a highly accelerated schedule". But now that's suddenly no longer the case. Right, whatever. 

He also said it's going to answer a few questions, which I don't believe, and raise some more, which I do believe. Unfortunately. Us autistic people are very good at pattern recognition, you know.
